Fortnite Sprite Spree Week: Every ET Window
The last five days of the season give collectors one Mythic doubleheader and four full-day Sprite spotlights. Here is the Eastern Time schedule, without making you decode a graphic.
One collector went into August 13 missing 16 Sprites. A trade with another player sent four away and brought nine back, shrinking the gap to seven. The remaining shopping list was wonderfully specific: three Cube Sprites, two Holo Sprites, one Gem Sprite and one Gummy Sprite. That small exchange, shared in a Fortnite community for players over 40, captures the nicest possibility in Sprite Spree Week. The finale is a schedule, but it can also be a neighborhood swap table.

The five featured windows in Eastern Time
The first day works differently from the rest. August 15 has two short Mythic sessions. Each later spotlight lasts 24 hours, beginning at 9 AM ET. The times below follow the published Sprite Spree schedule.
| Date in 2026 | Featured Sprite window | Eastern Time |
|---|---|---|
| August 15 | Mythic Hours | 2-4 PM and 9-11 PM |
| August 16 to 17 | Galaxy Hours | 9 AM to 9 AM |
| August 17 to 18 | Holo Hours | 9 AM to 9 AM |
| August 18 to 19 | Cube Hours | 9 AM to 9 AM |
| August 19 to 20 | Gem Hours | 9 AM to 9 AM |
What the finale bonuses change
VICE reports four collector-friendly boosts during the event: Sprite resummons cost no Sprite Dust, Campfires grant improved experience, Sprites level twice as quickly and Lucky Locators help point the way. The practical move is to match the day's spotlight to the empty slots in your collection. Someone short on Cube forms gets the widest opportunity from 9 AM on August 18 through 9 AM on August 19. A Gem gap belongs to the following 24 hours.
Sprite Spree is a concentrated version of the rhythm Epic has used throughout the season. Epic's weekly event explainer describes Monday progression boosts, Thursday additions and Saturday power-hour windows. The finale packs rarities into a much tighter run.
Why extracting one matters
This is more than a temporary checklist. Fortnite's official Sprite overview says that extracting with a Sprite adds it to the collection and lets a player bring it into later matches. The system gives each little companion a life beyond the round where it was found. An earlier Mastery Monday guide also documents the season's faster leveling and extra Sprite Dust pattern.
Collections are expected to carry into the new Sprite Garden, a personal island where players can display their finds and visit friends, according to Fortnite's season preview coverage. So August 20 is a handoff, not a little-creature eviction notice. There is time to chase the missing Gem, lend a rare favorite or answer somebody else's oddly exact list. The currency of good neighborliness this weekend may be a tiny duck.
